With over 30 years of experience, she has become recognized by national media outlets as a trusted expert and adviser. She is a best-selling author, "Naked Fitness" (Vanguard Press), fitness DVD choreographer and trainer, as well as recognized by the American Council on Exercise as a fitness expert writing for their health-driven outlets.
She has created two televisions shows and hundreds on online TV video content in the healthy living space. A regular contributor for years on nationally syndicated Better TV, more than a dozen appearances on NBC Today Show, Steve Harvey and local NBC and FOX Chicago currently, she has been recognized as a leader in creating high quality, empowering, lifestyle content.

Co-owner of Heat3.0. I have been a Pilates enthusiast for years! I don't love to workout but I'm always happy to do a Pilates Reformer workout. Recently certified with 100 hour Pilates Reformer Fundamentals, I love teaching classes and seeing the change in our members. I run the membership department, sales and general "get anything you need" at heat 3.0. I can't wait for you to see what Pilates does for your body.

KC is not your ordinary black lab. She's a dog with a mission: to spread joy and happiness wherever she goes! You'll find her at the Pilates studio, wagging her tail and greeting everyone who walks through the door. She loves meeting new people, giving high fives, and getting belly rubs (who doesn't?). But don't be fooled by her cute face and wagging tail – KC takes her job very seriously. She's responsible for making sure everyone leaves the studio feeling a little bit happier than when they arrived. And let me tell you, she's an expert at it! So if you're having a bad day, just come on down to the Pilates studio and let KC work her magic. You won't be disappointed!

Kathleen is Group Fitness and Personal Trainer, and Integrative Holistic Coach. She has been teaching for over 17 years, everything from spin, strength, and kickboxing to barre, Pilates, dance, and yoga.
Kat takes a holistic approach to teaching and coaching. She has a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. Additionally, she’s studied reiki, clairvoyant chakra/aura readings, and meditation. She blends her background in psychology, energy works, and fitness to create a holistic perspective to working with others.
Kat loves going to concerts, being at the lake, and doing handstands. She’s excited to share mindful movement, music & all things chakras with you in class!

Vanessa is from the Chicago suburbs. Growing up a healthy lifestyle was at the center of their family. In high-school, Vanessa started learning about the world of Pilates and fell in love with the elegant movements and strength you achieve with consistent Pilates training. It also helps that her sister is also a Pilates instructor!
Fast forward to today, working full-time in the marketing world, Vanessa sought an outlet to use her passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals. Recently she started teaching Barre "which is a great way to complement your routine by adding a bit more cardio and a lively workout to your week." She's excited to bring her energetic personality to members of Heat 3-0 and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Rachel Kelso is certified to teach Pilates Reformers through the Andrea Metcalf 100-hour Foundational training. She has been an athlete all her life focusing in adventure sports including rock climbing and hiking. She brings a great attitude, strong class foundational movement, and a contagious energy and smile.
She currently is moving toward her NASM Certification for personal training and focuses on assessment and alignment for her clients. She has a radio and communications background and jumps in Lake Michigan often. literally for the cold plunge.

Krystin is a CYT (certified Yoga teacher) and certified Pilates Reformer instructor through the Andrea Metcalf Inc 100 Hour foundational training. Krystin loves to incorporate breathwork and mindfulness into her fitness programs and is an advocate for improving mental health through movement.

Barre & Yoga
Natalie is a 200hr RYT certified yoga and group fitness instructor with more than six years of teaching experience. Natalie's classes always feature upbeat and fun music, challenging moves and sequences with accessible modifications, and high-energy cuing and instruction. Natalie classes will leave you feeling strong and empowered and get you out of your head and into your body. Natalie loves to sweat and when she is not teaching yoga or barre you can find her running half marathons, training for her next triathlon, or checking out the newest fitness class in town. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Natalie lives in Lincoln Park with her fiance, Will.
